Modify plate dimension
After modify plate dimension the
recalculate function will begin.
Click
Mold Base and then, in the
Modify group, click
Plate. The
Edit Plate Dimensions dialog box opens.
Plate: Select a plate to modify.
The data from the selected plate is inputted into the following parameters which may be modified.
Parameters: Can be set to Symmetric or Non Symmetric, which allows non-symmetric changes to the horizontal and vertical widths of the plate.
Symmetric
• X to adjust the horizontal width of the plate. Plate will be automatically centered.
• Y to adjust the vertical width of the plate. Plate will be automatically centered.
Non-Symmetric
• X+ to adjust the horizontal width of the plate in the positive mold x coordinate direction.
• X- to adjust the horizontal width of the plate in the negative mold x coordinate direction.
• Y+ to adjust the vertical width of the plate in the positive mold y coordinate direction.
• Y- to adjust the vertical width of the plate in the negative mold y coordinate direction.
Height: Modify it by selecting from a standard catalogue size, or key-in a non-standard height.
