You can show or hide parts or assemblies in your results view. This is particularly useful if you are analyzing a large assembly, and you need to hide parts so you can see the results for other parts.
To show or hide results,
1. Click FEA and then, in the Post Process group, click the arrow next to Results.
2. Click Show/Hide. The Hide dialog box opens.
3. Click Result and select a result in the Structure Browser.
4. Select either Show or Hide at the bottom of the dialog box. This determines whether selected elements are displayed or hidden.
5. Select the object to show or hide:
◦ Click Part/Assy and select a part or assembly in the Structure Browser.
◦ Click Mesh and select a mesh in the Structure Browser.
6. Click to complete the operation.
If you change any other result display option, the visibility is reset to the defaults.
