Create a flat harness
Before you generate a drawing of your harness, you must create a flat harness.
To create a flat harness,
1. Click
Interface and then, in the
Annotation group, click the arrow next to
Drawing.
2. Click
Drawing harness. The
Create dialog box opens.
3. Click Unit(s) and select harness_1 in the Structure Browser.
4. Click Process.
5. Click Base Edge and select one of the linear lines on the harness flat view that will be positioned in the horizontal direction.
6. Click
OK
to complete the operation.
A Workplane is created with object lines representing the segments of the harness.
