Split a cable
Now you will split one of the cables at two points.
To split a cable,
1. Click Cabling and then, in the Modify group, click the arrow next to More.
2. Click
Split Edge. The
Split Edge dialog box opens.
a. Click an edge to split. A dot appears on the cursor.
b. Click to place the dot at the split point.
c. Repeat steps a and b above to create another split point.
3. Click
OK
to complete the operation.
4. Click
Cabling and then, in the
Modify group, click the arrow next to
Delete.
5. Click
Del Segment.
6. Select the segment between the two split points.
7. Click
OK to complete the operation.
