You can tangentially connect a channel segment to another segment.
Both segments must have share a common point.
1. Click Spline Channel and then, in the Channel group, click Create. The Spline Channel Editor dialog box opens.
2. Click the Modi 2 tab.
3. In the Tangency section, under Curve to modify, click Curve.
4. Select the segment to be modified.
5. In the Tangency section, under Target curve, click Curve.
6. Select a point on the second segment which is close to the end point to be tangential to. The segments are tangentially connected as shown in the following image.
