1. Click Relations and then, in the Animation group, click Define. The Define Animation dialog box opens.
2. Select an Animation in the Structure Browser.
3. Advance to the control position you want to remove using the Navigate controls.
4. Click Delete in the Control Positions section.
5. The Del Control Pos section opens at the bottom of the dialog box. You can select the following options:
◦ Click All to remove the control position for all objects.
◦ Click Specific to select the objects whose movement you want removed from this control position.
◦ Select Shorten Animation if you want the animation shortened by the delta time of the control position. So, if your delta time is 1 second (the default), the animation is shortened by 1 second. If you set the delta time at 10 seconds when you captured the control position, the animation is shortened by 10 seconds.
Define. The Define Animation dialog box opens.
