How to interpret error messages
Error messages issued by Creo Elements/Direct Machining are grouped as follows:
• Messages issued by Creo Elements/Direct Machining itself
• Messages issued by other parts of Creo Elements/Direct Modeling during creating, copying, and so on of the features
The following table covers the latter group:
Message:
No Change since last preview
Problem:
You have specified a chamfer depth of 0.0. You are trying to build a hole without the chamfer.
Action:
Use the appropriate version without chamfer or delete the chamfer via Chamfer Remove.
Message:
Positions are equal.
Problem:
You have not specified a drill diameter or a drill radius. You are trying to drill a hole without a diameter.
Action:
Enter a diameter or a radius.
