You can delete a group at any time with the Delete command in the Groups menu. When you delete a group, you have the option to delete also all the annotations that belong to it. This can be a useful method for deleting unwanted annotations: Define a variable group that collects them, and then delete the group including all annotations owned by it.
To delete a group,
1. Click Insert and then, in the Group group, click Delete. The Delete Group dialog box opens.
2. To delete all annotations along with the deleted group that owns them, click the Delete also all annos check box.
3. Double-click the group to delete from the browser. The group is deleted.
4. Continue deleting groups, or click to complete the operation.
