When you delete a docuplane, you can choose to delete all annotations associated with it, or make them all free.
Deleting any docuplane belonging to a multi-section deletes all of the multi-section's docuplanes.
To delete a docuplane,
1. Click 3D Documentation and then, in the Setup group, click Delete. The Delete Docuplane dialog box opens.
2. Select how a deleted docuplane's annotations should be dealt with:
◦ To free all annotations associated with the docuplane to delete, click Free all attached annos.
◦ To delete all the associated annotations with the docuplane, click Delete all attached annos.
3. Click the docuplane to delete. Creo Elements/Direct Modeling removes the docuplane and frees or deletes all associated annotations, according to your selection above.
4. Continue deleting docuplanes, or click to complete the operation.
You can also delete docuplanes using the standard Delete 3D tool. In this case, all attached annotations are freed and not deleted.
