Customize the interface
You can customize Quick Access Toolbar, keyboard shortcuts, and menu appearance.
If you customize a default toolbar or menu, your changes will be lost when you upgrade. If you create your own toolbars or menus, they will not be lost when you upgrade and you can easily transfer them to a new computer. You can find your toolbars in the folder C:\User Profiles\%username%\Application Data\PTC\Creo Elements Direct Modeling [version]\[version]. Each toolbar or menu will have its own file with the .tlb extension.

Assigning actions to the mouse buttons
When you start Creo Elements/Direct Modeling, all buttons have actions already assigned. You use the left button (the primary button) to open menus, click commands, and create geometry. Pressing the middle mouse button has the same effect as clicking OK. The right mouse button displays pop-up menus.
*
You cannot add the Move or Delete commands to the right mouse button menus in Creo Elements/Direct Annotation.
You can change the default assignment of the mouse buttons by editing the LISP function all_mouse_defs.lsp. This file can be found in the personality\sd_customize folder. You will need to restart Creo Elements/Direct Modeling after making any changes.
