Projecting geometry coordinates
Creo Elements/Direct Modeling allows you to project geometry coordinates to the active workplane.
For example, you have a part or 2D geometry, and you want to use certain coordinate data for some other geometry you create on the offset active workplane.
If the Catch mode is set correctly and Project is active, any point you click on the 2D geometry or on a part is projected onto the active workplane. The projection is always normal to the active workplane.
