The healing library used for all adapters including CATIA V4/V5, I-DEAS, Creo Parametric, SolidEdge, SolidWorks, Unigraphics, SAT, and IGES requires special system libraries.

Check that the version number of the following DLLs are the same or greater than that shown:

To check a DLL file version,

1. Use the file browser to locate the DLL in your Windows system32 folder. This is normally C:\Windows\system32.

2. Right-click the DLL file.

3. Click Properties.

4. Click the Version tab.
