Reset 3D labels
Once you have modified the content and/or position of a label that has been transferred from a docuplane, Creo Elements/Direct Annotation locks the label. When a label is locked, changes made with 3D Documentation will not over-write the changes you have made in Creo Elements/Direct Annotation.
If, however, you change the default settings for Creo Elements/Direct Annotation transfer behavior to ON, any transfer will update the content and position of all transferred labels. Therefore, Creo Elements/Direct Annotation gives you the option to selectively unlock single labels with the Reset to 3D command.
To reset a 3D label,
1. Click Annotation and then, in the Transfer 3D Doc group, click the arrow next to Docuplane.
2. Click Reset to 3D. The Reset to 3D dialog box opens.
3. Specify the label(s) to reset.
4. Check or clear the Position and/or Content check boxes.
5. Click to complete the operation.
