View Checks on Save: This setting determines whether and how Creo Elements/Direct Annotation checks drawings for their up-to-date status when the drawing is saved. Select from:
Off: No checks are done.
Warning: If not all views are up-to-date, Creo Elements/Direct Annotation issues a medium warning, but you can continue after responding to the warning. If not all 2D views have a corresponding 3D view, Creo Elements/Direct Annotation issues a severe warning, but you can continue after responding to the warning.
Error: If not all views are up-to-date, Creo Elements/Direct Annotation issues a medium warning, but you can continue after responding to the warning. If not all 2D views have a corresponding 3D view, Creo Elements/Direct Annotation issues an error message and prevents the save.
Save 2D and 3D together: With any of the three On options, Creo Elements/Direct Annotation will automatically save your 2D drawing if you have modified it. Select from:
Off: Creo Elements/Direct Annotation takes no action after you save the drawing or 3D model.
On - 3D as Package: Creo Elements/Direct Annotation automatically saves the model as a package file (*.pkg) after saving the 2D drawing.
On - 3D as 3D Data: Creo Elements/Direct Annotation automatically saves the model as 3D Data (*.sd*) after saving the 2D drawing.
On - 3D as 3D Modified: Creo Elements/Direct Annotation automatically saves the model as 3D Modified (*.sd*) after saving the 2D drawing.
