Creo Elements/Direct Annotation Migration Tools
When MI files are imported into Creo Elements/Direct Annotation, most elements, such as sketches and frames, are migrated correctly and remain valid in Creo Elements/Direct Annotation processes. However, views may occasionally have no connection with the loaded 3D model after an import operation. It is possible to convert some drawing elements into others, and to reattach views to a 3D model. This appendix describes the tools that can be used to repair a migration.

The Migration Tools button does not automatically appear in Creo Elements/Direct Annotation upon initialization. You must enter the following in the user input line:
(docu-enable-migration-tools)
You can also add this line to the am_customize file so that the migration tools are available from start-up.
