Set the active sheet
Creo Elements/Direct Annotation displays one sheet at a time, the active sheet. The number of the active sheet is displayed at the bottom of the screen. You move between sheets by changing the active sheet.
To set the active sheet,
1. At the bottom of the screen, on the Status Bar, right-click in the box displaying the active sheet number and select Active Sheet from the context menu.
2. Specify the new active sheet in one of the following ways:
Click the sheet in the viewport.
Enter the number of the sheet in the box.
Select the sheet from the Drawing Browser.
Enter the number of the sheet within double quotes ("") in the user input line.
Enter an increment upon the currently active sheet without double quotes in the user input line. Creo Elements/Direct Annotation scrolls through this incremental number (positive or negative) of sheets to arrive at the new active sheet. Note that sheet numbers are cyclical.
Creo Elements/Direct Annotation sets the sheet as active, shows it in the Creo Elements/Direct Annotation Viewport, and displays its number in the active sheet field.
You can also move sequentially between sheets. Right-click in the box displaying the active sheet number and select Active Sheet from the context menu. All sheets are displayed in the viewport. Click the boundary of the sheet to select the active sheet.
Note that you can also change the active sheet directly in the Drawing Browser by clicking the icon of the sheet to be made active.
