Reset user passwords
As an administrator, you can reset user passwords which users require to log on to Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager.
To reset user passwords,
1. In Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager Standalone, click Admin on the Workspace Bar.
2. In the left pane, under What do you want to manage?, click Users and Groups. The Advanced User & Group Management pane opens.
3. Browse to the user.
4. Right-click the user and, in the context menu, click Reset User Password. The Confirm Reset Password dialog box opens.
5. Click Yes to reset the password. The Message dialog box opens.
6. Click OK. The new password is sent to the user’s email address which is registered in the Drawing Manager Manager Server database.
