Generate a Database Summary
Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager allows you generate a database summary file. The database summary contains information about the classes, schema, links, files, versions, and database variables used in the Creo Elements/Direct Manager Server database.
To generate and save the database summary,
1. In Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager Standalone, click Admin on the Workspace Bar.
2. Click Database Summary under What do you want to manage? in the left pane. The Database Summary page opens.

The Database Summary page may warn you about possible issues with the database setup or the configuration.

3. Click Save under Database Summary in the left pane. The Save dialog box opens.
4. In the File name box, type a name for the database summary file.
5. Click Save to save the file or click Cancel to end the task.
