To a Selected Element
To add infos to existing drawing elements:
1. Click Add in Info.
2. Click Select Element in Add.
3. Enter the info text.
This can be done in one of two ways:
◦ Enter the required text enclosed in quotes (' ' or " ") into the command line. This is the best method to use for infos of up to one line in length.
◦ Alternatively, click Screen to display a text box (based on a standard text editor) in which you can enter the info text. Don't enclose the text in quotes. When you have finished typing the info, close this text box to return to the normal Creo Elements/Direct Drafting display.
Once the info text has been entered, you can add it to any existing elements.
4. Identify the required elements and the system will add the info to them. Alternatively, you can use the Select menu in the normal way to identify elements.
