Previewing a Print/Plot
Open the Plot Preview system viewport to see print/plot output on your screen. You can open the viewport after you select all the necessary print settings (as a last step before printing), or open it to watch while working on your drawing.
1. Click File.
2. Click Print.
3. Click Show Preview.
4. Select a color setting for the Plot Preview viewport only.
◦ Original: to preview color printer/plotter output.
◦ Grayscale: to preview black and white printer/plotter with dithering capability output.
◦ BW: to preview black and white printer/plotter output.
5. The Plot Preview viewport appears or is updated.
The Plot Preview viewport remains open until you uncheck it in the Print dialog box.
