Move
Move allows you to change the location of constraint icons on the part. To move icons:
1. Select Move in ICON or type:
PD_SHOW_MOVE TEXT [Enter]
2. Pick the icon to be moved.
3. Drag the cursor to the new location and pick again.

Note that you can only change the position of the constraint icon itself; you can't change the position of the callout line on the referenced geometry.
