Duplicate scans the part for duplicate elements and deletes them. The command selects which element of a duplicate pair to delete. Elements are considered to be duplicates if their model points are identical. An exception is made for concentric circles (only): if the radii of concentric circles are within a given tolerance, they are treated as duplicates.
