Exporting a Picture
You can output your drawings in high-resolution pixel format:
1. Click File
2. Click Export
3. Select a picture for export.
Prompts are:
Enter PORT, BOX, DEL_OLD or "destination" - to select input
• Enter point, CURRENT or viewport number - to further select after PORT
• Enter lower left and upper right corner of box which is to be dumped - to select after BOX
Enter RESOLUTION or "destination"
• Enter PAPER_TO_PIXELS or output image width, height - if you select RESOLUTION
◦ PAPER_TO_PIXELS - recalculates paper format and dpi to your X,Y resolution. You will be prompted for a paper format (A-E, A4-A0) or size, and then you will be prompted for dpi.
◦ Enter output image width, height - enter width and height in pixels. Enter -1 for either width or height to retain the ratio of the current viewport and specify the other dimension in pixels.
Possible error messages are:
• Not enough memory available to perform the operation.
• ***The output image size is limited to a maximum of 4/3 billion pixels.
