By Reference Point
To scale your drawing using a reference point:
1. Press MODIFY.
2. Pick Keep (or No Keep) in MODIFY.
3. Enclose the drawing elements to be scaled in a box.
4. Pick 2 Pts in SCALE.
5. Identify a reference point.
6. Indicate the new position for this point.
7. Enter the required scale factor.
The selected elements will now be moved and scaled.
