By Reference Point
To rotate a drawing or drawing element using a reference point:
1. Press MODIFY.
2. Pick No Keep (or Keep) in MODIFY.
3. Identify one drawing element or enclose several in a box.
4. Pick 2 Pts in ROTATE.
5. Indicate a rotation reference point on the drawing or element.
6. Indicate the destination for the rotation reference point.
7. Enter the angle of rotation. Alternatively, you can define the angle by indicating two points.
A positive angle causes a counterclockwise rotation.
