Managing Multi-Sheet Drawings
Creo Elements/Direct Drafting environment enables you to manage multi-sheet drawings using the Multi-Sheet Manager.
You can view, add, move, edit, and delete multi-sheet drawings using Multi-Sheet Manager.
To perform printing actions on the multi-sheet drawings, see Setting the Paper Size and Number of Copies.
To access the Multi-Sheet Manager, click Structure and then, in the Parts group, click multi-sheet manager icon Multi-Sheet. The Multi-Sheet Manager dialog box opens.
The Multi-Sheet Manager dialog box shows the list of sheets with the following details:
Sheet Number
Part ID
Scale
Frame
In the list of sheets, you can double-click on a row to activate a particular sheet.

The new features of Multi-Sheet Manager are available only in the Fluent User Interface.
Only pure 2D and non-associative multi-sheet drawings are supported.
Drawings created in Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Annotation are also considered as multi-sheet drawings.

To convert a legacy drawing to a multi-sheet drawing, you must maintain a proper structure of sheets and info texts. A drawing is not considered as a multi-sheet drawing if it does not have the info texts. Add the info texts as shown in the example below. To add info texts, see Adding Infos.
