Previewing Drawings
When you store a drawing, you can also specify whether or not to create a preview image of the drawing. This image is displayed in the File Browser window to let you preview a drawing before loading it. This saves time when you cannot remember the filename of the drawing. Drawings can only be previewed if they were previously saved with the preview option set to on (this is set in the SETUP 1 menu, see Setting the Preview Mode).

The previewed drawing is a pixel-based image and cannot be modified.

To preview a drawing:
1. With the File Browser displayed, click Preview
2. Select the file to preview (you can also enter the filename on the user input line)
3. Click OK
Creo Elements/Direct Drafting displays the drawing in the preview window. To load this drawing, click Drw/Part in LOAD and click on the highlighted file.
