Keep
The Keep option generates the variation and inserts it into the current part as a modified copy of the original part. When you select Keep, the solver computes the variation and temporarily overlays it onto the current part so that you can see what it looks like. If the variation is not what you want, press END or UNDO immediately to restore the original part. If the variation is OK, pick a reference point for moving the new part, and then drag it to the desired location. After you've inserted as many copies as you want, press END. The overlaid variation is removed, and your original part is now restored.
Depending on how the master part was originally constrained, elements of the master such as construction geometry and dimensioning may not appear in copies made with NoKeep. Also, the copies will not normally be affected by subsequent SOLVE commands. To change any of these behaviors, you will most likely need to modify the zone memberships and/or constraints in the master part. See Working with Parametric Design for details.
