Press C-GEO to select and highlight construction geometry before deletion. Identify the construction lines and circles either individually or by enclosing them in a box. Press CONFIRM to delete them.

If you do not press SELECTION before C-GEO to select construction geometry, it will be deleted without first being highlighted.
