1. In the Generate Constraints dialog box, click the Assign radio button. Then pull down the Type selection list and select Refpoint.

2. Click Apply.

3. Click point S (see Drawing with Dimensions) to mark it as the reference point.

4. Assign the Dimension constraint to the dimensions shown in Drawing with Dimensions.
