To enable Parametric Design, set PARAMETRIC to On in the SETUP 1 menu of Creo Elements/Direct Drafting. To access the Parametric Design screen menus, pick PARAM.

Parametric Design uses four screen menus. Commands on MENU 1 allow the Draftsperson to quickly generate variations from pre-constrained master parts, while MENU 2 contains commands that allow the Designer or Engineer to assign constraints to existing Creo Elements/Direct Drafting parts. MENU 3 supplements MENU 2, and MENU 4 provides informational commands for the designer or engineer. You switch among the menus by picking MENU 1, MENU 2, MENU 3, or MENU 4 from the bottom of each screen menu.
