Improved Drawing Performance
Enhanced cursor behavior now improves drawing performance for large drawings.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
Increased interaction performance on large drawings.
Mouse cursor showed low responsiveness and interactivity on large drawings if both, OpenGL graphics library and fly-by highlighting, are enabled.
A new Windows cursor had been implemented to address the performance issue. The default cursor will now be the new Windows cursor. If preferred, users can switch to the OpenGL cursor by setting the ME_SET_WINDOWS_CURSOR configuration option to OFF.
