DICM Compatibility with Codebeamer
The Data Inconsistency Corrector Module is specific to each version of Codebeamer, including minor versions. This is because the module has architectural dependencies that rely on the code of Codebeamer, which differs between Codebeamer versions.
If an incompatible version of the Data Inconsistency Corrector Module is installed, errors can occur, for example:
The module does not start.
Codebeamer does not start.
The currently installed module version and the supported Codebeamer version appear at the bottom of the user interface, as shown.
If compatibility issues occur after installing the module, uninstall the module. For more information on installing and uninstalling the module, see Installing and Uninstalling the Data Inconsistency Corrector Module.
