Considerations When Using the Codebeamer AI Assistants
Consider the following when using the Codebeamer AI Assistants:
The Codebeamer AI Assistants generate content using a Large Language Model, which means responses may vary even when the same prompt is used. While the tool is designed to assist with productivity and ideation, its output may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all content and should ensure that a qualified individual is involved in evaluating the results before using them in any critical or decision-making context.
The AI Requirement Assistant is certified exclusively for requirement-type trackers, and the AI Test Case Assistant for requirement-type trackers and test case-type trackers. While they can be used with other tracker types that support Document View, these scenarios have not been extensively tested, and results may not be accurate. PTC is actively working to enhance this experience in a future release. We encourage you to share your feedback when using the AI Assistants on the Codebeamer - PTC Community-Ideas page.
