For trackers that contain embedded tables—such as test cases or test sets—an optional Embedded Table selector is available.

This feature allows you to map input items not to the main items of the target tracker, but to the rows within a selected embedded table of a main or parent tracker item.

Mapping items to an embedded tracker item table, for example Test Cases - Test Steps is only supported if a mapping for the main tracker items such as Test Cases are already created. Additionally, a Specification must exist that defines the parent-child relationship between the main tracker items and their corresponding sub-items. For example, Test Steps within its hierarchy tree.
