Creating a Stream Baseline
To create stream baseline, perform the following steps:
1. Select the Create Stream Baseline option from the ellipsis menu

◦ Name—Name for the new stream baseline. This name be a unique and cannot exceed 256 characters.
Stream Baseline names support most special characters (except /, \, and restricted <...> patterns), while associated Project Baseline names replace unsupported characters with _ and are automatically made unique, if needed.
◦ Description—Description for the new stream baseline.
3. Click Create on the top-left corner of the page.
A pop-up notification appears after the baseline is created.
