Traceability
The tracker items page has a Traceability section where you can view the upstream and downstream references of the work item. This section is always collapsed by default. After you click the Traceability section, the downstream and the upstream traceability of the single work item is displayed in three levels by default. The following options can be used to configure the traceability section:
Show Associations: Select to show all the references and associations of the tracker item. This options is selected by default.
Number of levels: Displays the multiple levels of references for the tracker item. You can select the required number of levels from the list. The maximum limit is up to ten levels.
Show Description: Select to view the description of the displayed items.
Show External SCM: Select to view the SCM commits as items.
Do not show redundant Items: Select to hide the redundant items. You can configure this value in traceability section. For more details, see Traceability report.
On selecting any of the options mentioned earlier, the traceability section reloads automatically. For more details on traceability and its configuration, see Traceability report.
