Mass Review
Codebeamer allows you to review a batch of multiple selected items at once, only if:
• Tracker item review is enabled in the > :
"review" : {
"hideTrackerItemReview" : false
}
• You have the Mass Edit and Send selection to Mass Item Review permission for the required tracker.
Select items to review
Select the items that you want to review in the tracker items page.
Selected items include either of the following:
• Where no item review is currently in progress.
• Where you are not a registered reviewer.
An error message is displayed if there are no remaining items that you can review. And if there are items that can be reviewed then a dialog to enter your vote is displayed.
Vote on the selected items
You can approve or reject the review for an item. To approve, click the Approve button. For example:
You need to mention the following after you approve an item:
• Specifying your role, only if set as required in the review configuration.
• Entering an optional Rationale for you decision.
You can Approve or Reject all of the selected items at once. And if configured, you may also need to authenticate.
You need to provide values for missing mandatory fields in the following cases:
• If there are items, where your vote is decisive.
• If there is a state transition associated with that decision.
• If there are empty mandatory fields in the resulting target item status.
You are prompted to provide values for the empty mandatory fields.
In order to continue, you need to enter or select and Save values for all mandatory fields.

To abort the mass review operation click Cancel.

Once you click Cancel the mass review operation is aborted and this results in the following:
• No votes are counted.
• No mandatory fields are applied.
• No item status is changed.
Evaluate mass review result
If all item reviews are successful, an information message is displayed on the screen. But in case if some of the item reviews are marked as failed then a detailed information about those items including the reason for the failure are displayed.
The list of Failed reviews provides information about the following:
• Item review Result including Votes.
• The follow up Status update.
If the Status update has failed you can try to execute it manually.
