Data conversions options
During import, Codebeamer applies smart defaults to convert incoming Excel data into the appropriate Tracker field types. For example, detecting date formats or resolving user names. If a value cannot be converted, you can define fallback settings to ensure the import continues smoothly.
You can configure the following default behaviors:
• Select an user account to map all unknown "user"-typed fields used as default value in case the mapping fails.
• Select a certain "status" from the available statuses. This is used if the "Status" field of the created issue is empty.
