Executing the Cluster Cache Configuration Test
How to Test Cache Network Configurations
EhCache is used for sharing frequently used data among Codebeamer instances. To navigate to the Test cluster cache configuration page, click System Admin tab and select Test cluster cache configuration hyperlink on the System Administration page. The Test cluster cache configuration page opens. This page is accessible only if you are using a cluster environment.

You must have the system administrator permissions to access the System Admin tab.

An error message is displayed if you try to access the Test cluster cache configuration page while using a non-cluster environment.
The Test Cluster Cache Configuration page is enabled only if CB_ping_testingEnabled=true environment variable is set locally.

The Test cluster cache configuration page has the following sections:
1. Hostname: This section displays all the servers that are available for the cluster cache configuration test.
2. Node urls: This section allows you to enter the server URLs that want to test for the cluster cache configuration.
3. Invalidation cache test result and Value replication test result: Displays the test results once the testing is complete.
Steps for Testing the Cluster Cache Configuration
1. Click > hyperlink. The Test cluster cache configuration window opens.
The Hostname section displays all the servers that you can test for the cluster cache configuration.
2. Enter the URLs of the servers that you want to test in the Node urls section.
3. Click Test to begin the testing process. Once the testing is finished, the results are displayed inside Invalidation cache test result and Value replication test result sections. The test response must include all the passed test cases.
