Access-Based User Interface Options for Streams
The operations available for updating streams depend on the context and your permissions.
If you are not in the context of a project, you will see only non-project related tabs under an orange line as shown:
If you are in the context of a project, in addition, you will also see project-related tabs under a green line, as shown:

All users can view projects in a stream. In order to update operations, you must have a Premium or Advanced license.
The following update operations are available when you click the icon in the Stream selector list:
Graphical User Interface Option
Permission Requirements
Edit Stream
You must have the Configuration Management streams-related permission.
This option is not available if you are in the Initial Stream.

Add Projects to Stream
You must be in the context of a project and have the following:
The Working-Set - Administer project permission.
The Configuration Management streams-related permission.
This option is not available if you are in the Initial Stream, because the initial stream always contains all the projects.

Add Trackers to Stream
You must be in the context of a project and have the following:
The Working-Set - Administer project permission.
The Configuration Management streams-related permission.
This option is not available if you are in the Initial Stream, because the initial stream always contains all the projects.

View Projects in Stream
No permissions or licenses are required.
For more information, see Viewing Projects in a Stream.
Copy Process Configuration
You must be in the context of a project and have the following:
The Working-Set - Administer project permission.
The Trackers - Administrate project permission.
The CMDB - Administrate project permission.
The Configuration Management streams-related permission.
