Managing Item Templates
Users can delete or update existing item templates if they have the write access. You can manage the templates by following the steps given below:
1. Click the context menu on document view, document edit view and table views, and select Manage Item Templates.
2. To delete a template, click the icon, then confirm the action.
3. To modify a template, click the edit icon.
Once you click the edit icon it opens the Edit Item Template overlay, where you can update the item details. The required fields are marked with asterisk, the fields with grey asterisk are only mandatory at tracker item creation, but not in the template. With the Required, Editable, and All buttons, you can filter the fields. The default view is set to All fields.
4. Click Save to submit your changes.
