When a report is used in a dashboard widget, if the Project Selector is set to Current Project, the project for the report is the current project context of that widget. This allows the same dashboard widget to be used in multiple project dashboards.

Clicking Current Project in the New Report dialog box and then clicking GO opens a project selector overlay. A project can be selected to preview the results to verify the output before using the report in a project context.
