Assign Staff According to Selected Target Projects
This workflow action is valid for the trackers that have the State Transitions enabled.
The action has the following parameters:
• Projects: The projects with members in specified roles should be assigned to the tracker item that is the subject or source of the triggering event. This parameter is a mandatory one.
• Roles: The roles to staff. If not specified, all roles are included. This action does the following:
◦ Checks the members of the selected projects that have the same role in the subject project.
◦ Assigns the appropriate project members to the appropriate subject Staff role.
