Permissions
The Permissions tab allows you to assign permissions to different roles according to the project’s requirements
Following are columns present in the permissions table:
• Permission
• Grant/revoke to/from all
• Created by
• All roles defined by the administrator.
Following are the permissions present in permission column:
• Item - View if Owner
• Item - View Any
• Item - Add
• Item - Edit Any
• Item - Edit if Owner
• Tracker - Mass Edit
• Item - Close
• Item - Delete
• Item - History View
• Item - View Comments/Attachments
• Item - Add Comment/Attachment
• Item - Edit Comment/Attachment - Any
• Item - Edit Comment/Attachment - Own
• Public View - Admin
• Item - View Associations
• Item - Edit Associations
• Item - Suspected Merge
• Item - Export
• Data Administrator
You can search the permissions using Search permissions.
Filter the columns using the

. You can check or clear the columns as per the requirement.
The permissions defined during role and member creation are visible in the Permissions tab.
