Permissions
The Permissions tab allows you to assign permissions to different roles according to the project’s requirements
Following are columns present in the permissions table:
Permission
Grant/revoke to/from all
Created by
All roles defined by the administrator.
Following are the permissions present in permission column:
Item - View if Owner
Item - View Any
Item - Add
Item - Edit Any
Item - Edit if Owner
Tracker - Mass Edit
Item - Close
Item - Delete
Item - History View
Item - View Comments/Attachments
Item - Add Comment/Attachment
Item - Edit Comment/Attachment - Any
Item - Edit Comment/Attachment - Own
Public View - Admin
Item - View Associations
Item - Edit Associations
Item - Suspected Merge
Item - Export
Data Administrator
You can search the permissions using Search permissions.
Filter the columns using the . You can check or clear the columns as per the requirement.
The permissions defined during role and member creation are visible in the Permissions tab.
All the column headers expect Permission and Grant/revoke to/from all has , which includes the following options:
Select all: It selects all the permissions for that column.
Deselect all: It removes all the permission for that column.
Copy from: It allows you to copy same permissions from another column.
