Tracker Item Details
For every tracker item, you can update the information in the following tabs located under the Details section:
• Comments & Attachments: Select this tab to add a new comment or an attachment to the tracker item. To add a comment or an attachment, click Add Comment/Attachment hyperlink. For more details, see Comments and Attachments.
• Associations: Select this tab to create an association for the tracker item. To create an association, click Add Association hyperlink. For more details, see Associations.
• Reviews & Merge Requests: Select this tab to view the reviews in the Review Hub or the merge requests for the item. For more details, refer to The Review Hub and Merge Requests.

The Reviews & Merge Requests tab appears in the following scenarios:
• The item has at least one review in the Review Hub or a merge request.
• The user viewing the item has at least Viewer role for the corresponding review or the merge request.

• Children: Select this tab to create a new child item for the tracker item. For more details, see Issue Details Children and Associations.
• Downstream References: Select this tab to view the downstream references of the tracker item. You can filter the downstream references by using the Tracker type list and Status list. Click Show Downstream references hyperlink to see the downstream references.

The Show Downstream references hyperlink on the Downstream References tab is displayed in the following scenarios:
• When the Visible on Tabs option on the general tab of the tracker configuration page is not selected.
• When you reload the page while the Downstream References tab is selected and the Visible on Tabs option on the general tab of the tracker configuration page is not selected.
• When you select an option in the Tracker type list or Status list.
• When you log out of Codebeamer with the Downstream References tab selected, and log in back using the same Codebeamer account.

The Show Downstream references hyperlink is not displayed if you select any other tab and then navigate back to the Downstream Reference tab.

• Work Log: Select this tab to view the existing time recordings for the tracker item. For more details, see Work Time Management.
• SCM Commits: Select this tab to view the commits made to the external SCM repository linked with your Codebeamer instance. For more information on SCM repositories and services, see External SCM Services in Codebeamer.
• History: Select this tab to view the version history along with the other details such as Submitted by, Action, Field changes, Old Value and New Value of the tracker item. For more information, see History.
• Baselines: Select this tab to view all the existing baselines in the current project. For more information, see Baselines.
• All: Select this tab to view all the modifications done to the tracker item by any user.
Breadcrumb Navigation
The breadcrumb navigation functionality is available on tracker item details page. A breadcrumb navigation stripe appears below the header where the Summary is displayed. You can see here the upstream references of the current issue in three levels. You see three items per level, if there are more reference items, the other items are visible under the context menu.
