Truncate Long History Entries

The tracker item history can be exported; see the built-in template. The historic values will not be truncated by default, although they can be long depending on content.
If necessary, the history entries can be shortened by adding the following template parameter to the template:
integer.history.entry.max.length
If the value is greater than zero, then the number of characters are kept during truncation. If the value is zero, no truncation is applied.
