Tracker Tree
You can create a tracker structure using the drag-and-drop operation on the left side tree on Tracker home page.
By default, you can view the work items or configuration items folders with the containing trackers. Using the Project Admin permission, you can change this structure by performing the following operations:
• Creating, removing, or renaming folders.
• Using the drag-and-drop operation on trackers or folders to make tracker hierarchy.
Once you make some changes, the structure is saved.
The trackers within the tree contain some additional information:
• Number of tracker items for open items or all items
• Last modified date
• Tracker key
You can open the trackers from the tree using the following methods:
• If you double-click on a tracker, the tracker page opens in the same tab.
• If you use the middle button, the tracker page opens in a new tab.
• If you right click to open context menu and select open, tracker in the same tab.
When you right-click, the context menu of the tracker tree nodes provides some useful functionality. Some of them are as follows:
• Customize
• New Item
• Rename
• Workflow Diagram
• Configuration Diagram
