To re-use the JIRA Synchronization Settings of a tracker as a template for other tracker synchronizations, save a configuration as a configuration file by clicking Save as. You can later load this configuration file when configuring another tracker synchronization by clicking Load from file…. As a best practice, load a configuration from file at the start of the configuration as this action overwrites the current settings.
