Project Admin Calendar Tab
Under the Calendar tab, on the Default Business Hours tab, you can define the differences from the system administrator’s definitions of regular working hours of the business. For example, you can use the Starting at and Valid until boxes to delimit the beginnings or ends of new or soon-to-be-eliminated work schedules.

In the Special Calendar Days tab, holidays, and exceptional work hours, again that differ from the System Admin default Special Days, can be defined:
